CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Aesthetic Beauty Bar by CALLING/Txting 513-374-1587 as soon as possible to reschedule( emails are excluded from canceling your appointment as they are sometimes lost). Aesthetic Beauty Bar has 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. —100% charge of the service for no shows/same day cancellations. Retainers required for next appointment. —Retainers roll over to next appointment if you reschedule within 48 hours. -Retainers are non-refundable. ⏰ I do have a 15 min grace period, but if your more than 15 min late I will no longer have enough time to complete your service/s and we will have to reschedule and you’ll be charged for the service scheduled. *No exceptions* *All clients agree to these terms and conditions when booking an appointment with Aesthetic Beauty Bar.
